Hexnode, the enterprise software division of Mitsogo Inc., announced the appointment of Carl Carozza as the new Vice President of Enterprise Sales, Americas. In this role, Carozza will lead Hexnode’s enterprise sales strategy across the North America and LATAM markets, with a focus on expanding customer relationships, strengthening regional go-to-market execution, and supporting continued growth across the company’s endpoint management, security, and identity portfolio.

Carozza brings over 20 years of experience in enterprise software sales, SaaS revenue leadership, and regional go-to-market strategy. Prior to joining Hexnode, he served as Vice President of Sales, Americas, at Appsmith. He has also held senior sales roles at Cloud Development Resources, OutSystems, and ASG, where he worked across competitive software markets to build regional sales motions, strengthen customer adoption, and support enterprise revenue growth.

As Vice President of Enterprise Sales (Americas), Carozza will work closely with Hexnode’s leadership, sales, channel, customer success, and product teams to strengthen the company’s enterprise sales motion in the region. His priorities will include advancing account strategy, improving sales enablement, deepening customer engagement, and helping teams pursue larger enterprise opportunities with greater regional focus.
