Postie Hires Zev Gollender As Head Of Sales
Former Taboola Exec Joins L.A. Startup Reinventing Direct Mail for Today’s Digital Marketers
Postie, the only tech and data platform that makes direct mail behave like the best digital acquisition channels, today announced that Zev Gollender has joined the company as head of sales. With an impressive track record and experience scaling digital media and platform businesses, Gollender will lead the growth and strategic vision of Postie’s sales organization, including brand positioning in the market, team structure, and exceeding sales and revenue targets. Gollender joins Postie from Taboola, where he served as vice president of media sales. As the first media salesperson for the company, he built a 70-person team servicing a broad set of markets and verticals, and was responsible for generating top line revenue from marketers in the native advertising space.
“Zev brings the perfect balance of startup culture and scrappiness mixed with the ability to build robust and strategic sales-driven organizations,” said Dave Fink, CEO of Postie. “His expertise will help Postie achieve sales targets, identify key opportunities, and accelerate company growth in core markets.”

Prior to Taboola, he was director of business development at digital media technology company, Adiant, where he built distribution partnerships for a self-serve and retargeting platform for premium publishers. He also spent time at AOL, where he closed strategic partnership deals with premium online publishers in key verticals.

“Postie really excited me as a company because of its disruptive nature in how it is changing the face of direct mail,” said Gollender. “I am looking forward to working with the entire team in achieving our sales goals and seeing an increase in the size and types of companies applying direct mail to their marketing efforts.”
Postie officially launched in the U.S. market last month, and is already operating profitably. Customers range from direct-to-consumer brands, ecommerce, financial services, insurance, and consumer service providers, who have seen CVR %, ROAS, and CPA results as strong as the best performing social campaigns.
