Technology industry veteran brings 25+ years of financial and operational leadership to support the company’s next stage of growth
Pomeroy Technologies, LLC, a leading AI-led managed services and workplace experience transformation company, and its Canadian entity Soroc Technology, today announced the appointment of Mike Provenzano as Chief Financial Officer. Provenzano brings more than 25 years of financial and operational leadership across high-growth technology companies, with a track record of building enterprise value in both private and public environments.
Most recently, Provenzano served as CFO at Lemongrass, a software-enabled services provider and global leader in SAP consulting. Prior to that, he was COO of Blue Lagoon Capital, a venture capital firm focused on disruptive technology startups and next-generation technology companies. Earlier in his career, he held CFO positions at Virtustream, a leading enterprise-class cloud company, and at Aspect Software, a unified communications provider where he oversaw finance, operations, and an M&A program that included more than seven successful transactions.

Provenzano joins Pomeroy at a defining moment.
