N-iX, global technology partner for Pragmatic AI Software Engineering, announces the appointment of Pavlo Deshchynskyy as Chief Executive Officer, effective 10 September 2026.

As CEO, Pavlo Deshchynskyy will lead N-iX strategy and its execution, take full responsibility for P&L and operational performance, and lead the executive team. He joined N-iX in 2007 and has served as Chief Operating Officer since 2020. In that role, he led delivery across the company’s global engineering centers and was accountable for some of its largest client engagements.
