The investment and new leadership team further supports Krambu’s AI infrastructure build out plans
Krambu (“Krambu” or “the Company”), a specialized developer of enterprise AI infrastructure, today announced the completion of a recapitalization and the appointment of a new executive leadership team. The transaction, led by Sara Capital Partners as lead investor, strengthens the Company’s financial position and provides growth capital to accelerate the development and deployment of highly specialized AI infrastructure for its strategic partners.
The recapitalization enables Krambu to enter into key strategic growth partnerships, including the recently announced agreement with White Fiber, and strengthens the Company’s plans to bring 100 megawatts of AI-ready capacity online. As demand for AI compute continues to outpace the availability of power and purpose-built capacity, Krambu’s in-house control of power procurement, land, and site development positions the Company to compress time-to-power and deliver capacity on the timelines its partners require.

As part of the transaction, Travis Jank has been appointed Chief Executive Officer and Michael Winter has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. The new leadership team brings extensive operating experience across high- performance compute, power and energy procurement, and large-scale infrastructure development.
“I am excited to have this exceptional team and our new partners in place,” said Travis Jank, Chief Executive Officer of Krambu. “Together with the new capital infusion, we are positioned to rapidly develop and deploy highly specialized ‘AI Factory’ infrastructure for our strategic partners. In a market defined by time to token, our ability to bring power, land, and compute together under one roof is a strategic advantage.”

The investment reflects growing demand for purpose-built AI infrastructure and Krambu’s differentiated ability to develop and operate high-performance computing environments end to end. With its new capital base and leadership team in place, Krambu is positioned to scale rapidly while maintaining the reliability and performance its partners require. Krambu is also currently expanding their global sales and marketing teams with representatives in Europe, Asia Pacific, and Latin America.
