Element Announces Appointment of Nancy Flores to its Board of Directors
Adds Singh Garewal and Bill Keeshen to Executive Team
Element announced the appointment of Nancy Flores to its Board of Directors and the expansion of its executive team with the addition of Singh Garewal as Vice President of Marketing and Bill Keeshen as Vice President of Sales. Flores serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer and Chief Technology Officer at McKesson, and joins Element’s board as an independent board member.

Flores is a results-driven technology executive with a record of transformational change and elevating performance. In Flores’ current role at McKesson, she is responsible for McKesson’s technology initiatives including software, infrastructure, application development tools and processes, operations, and cybersecurity. She also guides the overall direction for the company’s healthcare technology products, and data and analytics.
Prior to McKesson, Flores served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Johnson Controls where she ran information technology, cybersecurity, and analytics. Before that role, she served in multiple leadership positions at Abbott over the course of two decades. In addition to the Element board, Flores is on the board of directors for Children’s Wisconsin, one of the nation’s top pediatric hospitals, and on the board of the Dallas Regional Chamber.

The announcement follows Element Unify’s integration with AWS IoT SiteWise, a managed service from Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS) that makes it easy to collect, store, organize, and monitor data from industrial equipment at scale.
