ShipStation, a leading intelligent shipping and logistics platform, announced its first partner program designed to provide growing businesses with hands-on services to implement complex workflows and configure ShipStation seamlessly around how they operate. The program enables customers to more easily implement ShipStation’s advanced logistics capabilities across inventory management, fulfillment, returns and exchanges.

While available to any customer, the program is specifically designed for high-growth brands adopting ShipStation’s Premium Plan, which offers a wide range of advanced features for warehousing, inventory, and returns management, in addition to advanced shipment automation and reporting. It debuts with seven certified implementation partners, including:

Each partner offers a suite of specialized services beyond standard software setup, including:
- Operational optimization: Providing on-site consulting to assess existing workflows, refine warehouse layouts, and recommend fulfillment improvements specific to each merchant’s operation.
- Team enablement: Training staff on daily workflows and automation rules, plus ShipStation’s inventory, warehouse, returns, exchanges, and analytics capabilities so merchants can go live with confidence.
- System synchronization: Bridging ShipStation with intricate enterprise resource planning (ERP) environments and complex technical stacks.
- Resource management: Granting merchants access to outside technical expertise, allowing them to scale operations without exhausting internal personnel or resources.
