Supporting How America Shops Today
According to McKinsey’s ConsumerWise research, 68% of U.S. consumers used at least one AI tool in the past three months. An Adobe study found that 39% of U.S. shoppers have already used generative AI for online shopping, most often for product research, recommendations, or finding deals, yet few of these tools reward the purchase itself. Joko closes that gap.

“For too long, online shopping hasn’t lived up to what people actually need,” said Xavier Starkloff, cofounder and CEO of Joko. “The broad adoption of AI has shown that the future of shopping must look radically different. With Joko and its Juno feature, we’re tapping the power of AI to create a smarter and more efficient shopping experience. Consumers can now get the right product at the best price in the fastest timeframe. ”

To build Juno, Joko’s teams assembled a catalog of more than 50 million products from over 40,000 merchants, using AI to collect, standardize, and keep that data current at scale. Combining user insights, more than $50 billion in transaction data, and 2 million product views processed every day, Juno provides a foundation few AI shopping tools can match: Joko doesn’t just recommend; it knows how people actually shop and spend.

“ChatGPT and Gemini are already moving into AI shopping, but they’re general-purpose AI first,” said Xavier Starkloff, cofounder and CEO of Joko. “We believe both shoppers and merchants need and want a true leader with a laser focus on the shopping-centric needs and preferences of consumers. With Juno, we are staking our claim on that leadership position and bringing it to the world’s largest market.”
