Silberman brings nearly 20 years of extensive knowledge about revenue operations, forecasting, and pipeline management. Prior to joining, Silberman led sales operations at leading technology ISVs including MobileIron (NASDAQ: MOBL) and most recently at Coupa Software (NASDAQ: COUP) where, as VP of Global Sales Operations, she worked cross-functionally with other departments to improve overall Quote-to-Cash processes and implemented the sales team’s stage methodology and forecasting via automation to quadruple the company’s ARR in four years. He also headed solution consulting and regional sales at Zendesk (NYSE: ZEN) and contributed to increasing that company’s valuation from $28M to $430M in five years. He will lead’s sales engineering practice in partnership with its sales organization.
