Earnin B2B Program Marks Key Milestone for Small Businesses

Earnin is leveling the playing field for 183,000 small businesses; providing earned wage access benefits that are often reserved just for large companies

Earnin, the leader in innovative solutions to some of the world’s tougher financial problems,  announced that its B2B Program marked a key milestone in May, helping employees at more than 150,000 small businesses with less than 100 employees and another 33,000 businesses with between 100-500 employees. As part of its B2B program, Earnin offers small businesses “self-serve kits,” enabling them to offer Earned Wage Access (EWA) benefits in an innovative “Zero Integration” model.

“With our new Employer Program, we’re letting small businesses give employees access to their pay, so they can make smart financial decisions and overcome the challenges of mismatched pay-to-bill cycles.”

“Working for a small business gave me growth opportunities, mentors and schedule flexibility that I wouldn’t find at a large company,” said Delaney Anderson, an Earnin community member who worked for a small radio station. “However, I didn’t have the EWA that some of my friends’ employers offered. Earnin allowed me to enjoy the benefits of working for a small business while having the same flexible access to my paycheck that a bigger company could offer.”
