Hyland Announces CFO Retirement and Succession Plan
Hyland announced the forthcoming retirement of Christopher J. Hyland, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hyland, and the promotion of Nancy Person as Hyland’s new CFO effective April 2, 2020. Mr. Hyland will continue to hold his position as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the company.
Mr. Hyland is retiring after a successful 28-year career with the company and 25 yars as its CFO.

“The opportunity to serve Hyland, our shareholders, employees, customers and partners has been a privilege for which I will always be thankful,” said Chris Hyland. “It’s the people that have made this journey such an enjoyable one.”

I am equally excited to have the opportunity to work even more closely with Nancy, who is exceptionally qualified and prepared to become Hyland’s next Chief Financial Officer.”
Ms. Person is currently Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Hyland and brings more than 25 years of experience to her new appointment. Ms. Person joined in 2010 having previously worked at KeyBank, Charter One Bank and Deloitte.
