Common shares are now eligible for electronic clearing and settlement in the United States through The Depository Trust Company, simplifying the process of trading and enhancing liquidity of the Company’s shares in the United States
SalesCloser Technologies Ltd., a pioneer in autonomous AI sales technology, is pleased to announce that its common shares are now eligible for electronic clearing and settlement in the United States through The Depository Trust Company (“DTC”).
DTC is a subsidiary of The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (“DTCC”) and manages the electronic clearing and settlement of publicly traded securities in the United States. Securities eligible for electronic clearing and settlement through DTC are considered to be “DTC eligible” and may be traded through participating brokerage firms using electronic book-entry transfers, without the need for physical share certificates. DTC eligibility is expected to simplify the process of trading and enhance liquidity of the Company’s common shares in the United States. This electronic method of clearing securities speeds up the receipt of stock and cash and accelerates the settlement process for investors and brokers, reduces administrative cost, and enables the stock to be traded over a much wider selection of brokerage firms by coming into compliance with their requirements.

The Company’s common shares commenced trading on the OTCQB Venture Market under the symbol “SCTLF” on July 7, 2026, and continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under “SCAI” and on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under “MJ5”. DTC eligibility completes the operational groundwork behind the Company’s U.S. quotation, making it more straightforward for U.S. investors to hold and trade SalesCloser common shares through their existing brokerage relationships and making the Company’s shares more accessible to the U.S. investment community. Existing shareholders are not required to take any action as a result of the Company’s common shares becoming DTC eligible.

“Our shares have been quoted in the United States since July, and DTC eligibility is the step that makes holding them as routine as any other position in a U.S. brokerage account,” said Ali Tajskandar, Chief Executive Officer of SalesCloser. “As our commercial footprint expands across North America, we want the mechanics of owning the stock to be a non-issue for investors who want exposure to what we are building.”
