Seasoned global enterprise marketing leader joins as Motive builds on the strongest quarter in its history, surpassing $600 million in annual recurring revenue
Motive, the AI platform for physical operations, announced the appointment of Andrew Bennett as Chief Marketing Officer. A seasoned enterprise leader, Andrew has built brands and scaled growth engines at high-growth technology companies. He will lead Motive’s global marketing organization, including brand, demand generation, communications, and product marketing, and will join the company’s executive leadership team.

The appointment comes as Motive builds on the strongest quarter in its history. Annual recurring revenue (ARR) crossed $600 million, and ARR growth accelerated to 30% year-over-year. In September, Motive secured more than $1.3 billion in growth financing from General Catalyst to advance its AI platform, scale its go-to-market teams, and extend its reach with the world’s largest and most complex operations.

Andrew brings more than two decades of marketing and sales leadership experience. He joins Motive from Elementum, an AI workflow orchestration platform, where he most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer. Previously, he was Chief Marketing Officer at Conga, a commercial operations platform. Before that, he spent a decade at Smartsheet, a work management platform, where he built the demand generation function and led commercial sales before becoming Chief Marketing Officer. Andrew is also a Limited Partner in Stage 2 Capital, an early-stage software venture firm.
