Entrex (OTC: NTRX) today announced the appointment of Matthew Henderson to its Board of Directors. Henderson joins the Board as the Company advances its strategy to acquire and operate distributed data-center infrastructure powered by stranded and underutilized energy resources.
Henderson has been instrumental in developing the debt and equity capital strategies to support NTRX’s planned acquisition of approximately 1,800 operating data-center units identified through the Company’s current acquisition agreements and letters of intent. His work has included structuring acquisition financing, engaging institutional capital sources and helping position the Company for the disciplined deployment of capital across its growing acquisition pipeline.

“Matt is an important part of our effort to transform NTRX from a development-stage company into a scaled owner and operator of cash-flow-producing digital infrastructure,” said Stephen H. Watkins, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Entrex. “His capital-markets experience, transaction discipline and ability to coordinate debt and equity resources have proven invaluable as we work to convert our acquisition pipeline into operating assets, revenue and EBITDA.”
Henderson commented, “NTRX has assembled an unusual opportunity to acquire existing data-center infrastructure at disciplined cash-flow multiples while building a national platform around low-cost, distributed energy. I look forward to working with Stephen, the Board and the Company’s capital partners to fund and execute that strategy responsibly.”

The Company also announced that Issa El-Chiekh Mohamad and Nickolas Tabraue will step down from the Board. Both joined the Board as representatives of UHF Logistics Group, Inc. and assisted with the transition to Entrex and its current business strategy.
“Issa and Nick helped us navigate an important period of corporate transition,” Watkins said. “With that work now complete, we thank them for their service and wish them well in their future endeavors.”
