Experienced Product Leader Joins as Conga Accelerates AI Delivery across its Platform
Conga, the company lining up commerce, announced the appointment of Darrell Grissen as Chief Product Officer. Grissen joins Conga to lead its global product organization as the company accelerates AI innovation across the Conga Advantage Platform.
Grissen brings more than two decades of product and technology leadership, including roles at ZoomInfo and Salesforce. He has spent his career building AI-powered products that scale inside large, complex enterprise platforms, including launching generative AI products that changed how commercial teams work. Grissen brings deep technical fluency alongside his product leadership, enabling him to work closely with engineering teams to turn ambitious product visions into reality.
“Darrell has a rare track record of taking products from concept to market and turning them into solutions that change how commercial teams actually work,” said Dave Osborne, Chief Executive Officer of Conga. “We have spent this year putting AI to work across the entire commerce chain, and Darrell is the right leader to take that vision further and faster. His experience building AI-powered products that scale is exactly what Conga needs as we continue to innovate for our customers.”

As CPO, Grissen will own Conga’s product strategy, roadmap and execution across the full Conga Advantage Platform, working closely with engineering, design and go-to-market teams to turn customer and partner needs into connected, AI-powered experiences. He joins as Conga builds on significant recent AI momentum, including the expansion of AiMe, its native AI intelligence layer, with nearly 100 tools and the Conga MCP Server, which brings Conga data live into AI assistants such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot.
“The world’s largest companies trust Conga to power how they price, quote and contract, which makes it one of the best places to build AI that takes the friction out of how commercial teams get deals done,” said Grissen. “With AiMe and the new MCP Server, Conga has already shown it can bring AI to customers inside the tools they use every day. I’m excited to join Dave and the team to build on that foundation, and to keep turning customer and partner needs into products that deliver measurable results.”
