The senior SAP and business transformation expert joins BearingPoint North America to drive large-scale transformation programs across the Americas.
Management and technology consultancy BearingPoint has appointed Saad Hassan as Partner in the U.S. In his new role, Hassan will help scale BearingPoint North America’s SAP practice and support clients in transforming complex business processes, technology landscapes, and operating models.

Saad Hassan joins BearingPoint with more than 25 years of experience in SAP-led business transformation, digital strategy, and enterprise technology programs across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Throughout his career, he has advised clients on how to turn technology investments into measurable business value, particularly in complex SAP-led transformation programs. His experience spans industries including manufacturing, automotive, chemicals, and healthcare.

Hassan has helped organizations design and execute digital strategies, modernize and optimize SAP landscapes, integrate core systems, and deliver complex transformation initiatives – including fiscal-year conversions and eCommerce programs – while driving measurable improvements in business performance.
Before joining BearingPoint, Hassan held leadership roles in Kyndryl Holdings Inc., as well as two startup consulting and software services firms. Prior to that, he worked for a specialty chemical manufacturer that undertook a new implementation of SAP, followed by an extensive optimization and value realization program.

The appointment follows a period of strong growth for BearingPoint North America, which was launched in the U.S. in 2025 together with BearingPoint’s long-standing strategic alliance partner ABeam Consulting and is jointly operated by both firms. Headquartered in Chicago, BearingPoint North America focuses on consulting excellence and business transformation built on SAP for clients across the Americas and globally.
