Jim Trimarco Joins OutMatch as Chief Sales Officer

Addition of Trimarco Expands Executive Management Team and Increases Focus on Consistent and Scalable Go-To-Market Procedures Including SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise Companies Globally

OutMatch, a Talent Intelligence Platform that delivers data-driven insights to empower companies to select the right people, drive career growth, and discover hidden talent, announced the expansion of its management team, appointing Jim Trimarco as the company’s Chief Sales Officer.

Trimarco brings more than two decades of servant-leadership experience working across functional business areas from both Fortune 100 to equity-backed, growth-oriented technology companies.

In this new executive management role, Trimarco is responsible for leading Outmatch’s sales efforts in support of the company’s next phase of growth. Trimarco has successfully led explosive growth for multiple technology companies throughout his career. Most recently as the Senior Vice President of Sales for Virgin Pulse, originally SimplyWell (acquired by Virgin in 2018), a corporate wellbeing technology company. Prior to that he served in multiple leadership roles at ADP with a specialty in defining and executing go-to-market strategies, building sales teams, and developing strategic partnerships.
