Fusion Risk Management Extends Market Leadership with Global Financial Services Wins in New Era of Operational Resilience

Fusion Risk Management, Inc. (“Fusion”), a leading provider of business continuity and risk management software and services, announced it has appointed Judith Tigner as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Tigner will join Fusion’s Executive Leadership Team and will oversee delivery, support, and strategic consulting functions, with a key focus on driving business growth and enhancing the overall client experience for Fusion’s rapidly expanding global client base. She will report to Fusion CEO Michael Campbell.

Tigner brings more than 20 years of experience in software implementation and support, client services, and operations management to her role at Fusion. Most recently, Tigner served as Senior Vice President, Client (Customer) Success at Mitratech, a $100+ million provider of legal operations, workflow automation, and risk and compliance software. As part of the leadership team, she managed more than 100 employees across three continents, reporting directly to the CEO. Before Mitratech, Tigner spent 20 years at SirsiDynix, a privately held provider of library software solutions. Throughout her tenure, she progressed from a managerial position to Director of Professional Services in EMEA and then Director of Global Training and Consulting.
