ACB has named Cindy Henry as General Manager of its Memphis operations, positioning the company for continued operational excellence and client success under her leadership.
The Advertising Checking Bureau, Inc. (ACB), a leading provider of channel marketing and incentive solutions, today announced the promotion of Cindy Henry to General Manager of its Memphis operations, effective immediately. In her new role, Henry will oversee the company’s Memphis office, continuing ACB’s commitment to operational excellence and exceptional client service.
Henry brings more than 36 years of experience with ACB, having joined the company in May 1990. Throughout her career, she has held numerous leadership positions across the organization, most recently serving as Director of Payment Services Group, where she provided strategic leadership for Billing, Accounting, Co-op Administration, and Incentive Services. Her deep institutional knowledge, operational expertise, and commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences have made her an invaluable member of the ACB leadership team.
