Mediafly’s Focus to Delight Customers Has New SVP at the Helm
Former Spinklr and Oracle CX veteran leads sales enablement company’s customer obsession
Mediafly, a leading sales enablement and content management technology platform that creates interactive, value-based selling experiences, today announces the appointment of Jodie Jansen as SVP of Customer Experience. With more than 20 years of experience, Jansen will help bolster the organization’s growing customer success team.

As SVP of Customer Experience, Jansen will dedicate her focus to addressing all customer-facing needs post-sale to ensure customer delight, retention and growth. Following Mediafly’s recent $25M growth round, Jansen is also expanding the organization’s implementation and onboarding teams. Through her efforts, Jansen is dedicated to building relationships across various levels of the customer organizations to understand their evolving needs and how Mediafly will help them grow through their sales enablement journey.

Prior to Mediafly, Jansen’s experience spans agencies, startups and enterprise companies. Her customer success journey began in 2008 at Responsys, where she started as a Success Manager and grew into leadership roles, seeing the team through the company’s IPO and acquisition by Oracle. Following her time at Oracle, Jansen joined the team at Sprinklr as a regional vice president of customer success. Her experience in growing customer success teams across a variety of companies piqued Mediafly’s interest as the company continues to experience rapid growth, both in employees and customers.
