Bonita platform customer subscription renewal rate exceeds 90% with the expansion of automation projects among customer base
Bonitasoft, the leading open source digital process automation company, announced today that it has exceeded its 2021 forecasts for revenue and retention as it expanded its channel relationships in North and South America and Europe.

Bonitasoft’s customer renewal rate was over 90% in 2021, reflecting the strong relationships the company has with its customers deploying digital automation projects in the face of pandemic workplace and marketplace changes. The average amount of each new sale in 2021 was nearly double that of 2020.
2021 saw an expansion of Bonita automation projects inside corporate entities like Credit Agricole Technologies and Services, which began its first Bonita digital transformation project more than 5 years ago in several regional banks, and today is using Bonita as the selected digital automation platform of the entire banking group.

This news follows on the recent announcement of a new investor in Bonitasoft as Fortino Capital Partners, the European B2B software investor, acquired a majority stake in Bonitasoft from former investors including Bpifrance, Auriga Capital, Serena Capital and Ventech. As part of the transaction, Miguel Valdes and Charles Souillard, who founded Bonitasoft in 2009, will reinvest and team up with Fortino Capital during this new phase of growth beginning in 2022.

- Set up and delivery of training certifications on the Bonita digital automation platform
- Development and release of the new Bonitasoft Customer Service Center
- 2 full platform edition releases offering increased value through all open source development capabilities of the platform
- A revamp of Bonita subscription and services offers to better serve customers
- First product release by the in-house, independent open source Process Analytics project
