Vesta Announces Partnership With Lender Price to Enable a More Fully Digital Mortgage Experience

New integration connects Vesta with nCino Mortgage Point of Sale to give loan officers a head start from the moment a borrower applies

Vesta today announced that its loan origination system (LOS) is now integrated with nCino (NASDAQ: NCNO) through its Mortgage Point of Sale solution. The integration allows the two systems to stay in sync through the full lifecycle of the loan, with documents and requests moving in both directions between the systems.

“The second a borrower submits an application through nCino’s agentic workflow, Vesta’s AI agents get to work processing the loan,” said Mike Yu, Cofounder and CEO of Vesta. “Vesta’s agents read the documents and check the data. If something’s missing, the borrower gets a request in the nCino app. When the loan team opens the file, most of the work is already done.”

Vesta’s LOS helps lenders reduce the cost and time needed to originate loans. AI agents take on the repetitive, document-heavy tasks in the pipeline, so loan officers spend less time on data entry and more time on borrower relationships and deals that need their judgment, helping lenders move loans from application through funding faster.

“Agentic AI is already part of how our lenders work inside Mortgage Point of Sale, and this integration extends those capabilities even further,” said Casey Williams, General Manager of Global Mortgage at nCino. “Vesta’s AI agents and ours work together from application to close, so loan teams open a file where the busy work is already done, giving loan officers time back and borrowers a faster path to close.”

nCino Mortgage Point of Sale manages the borrower experience from inquiry through closing. Borrowers use it to apply, upload documents, sign, and track their loan’s progress. Loan officers rely on it to run their pipeline, run automated underwriting (AUS), generate pre-approval letters, and keep borrowers and real estate agents updated from the same app as they prepare each file for underwriting in Vesta’s LOS.
