Naviam, the world’s largest and most experienced IBM Maximo solution provider, today announced the acquisition of Solex, the leading Latin American technology and consulting firm with more than three decades of experience delivering enterprise software, analytics, and digital transformation solutions.

The acquisition establishes Naviam’s presence in Latin America across IBM Maximo, ServiceNow, analytics, and AI-enabled consulting. With Solex joining the business, Naviam further strengthens its ability to serve customers with local delivery, broader technical depth, and expanded reach across the region.
