Clovity Expands Its Sales Team & Marketing Leadership to Maintain its Rapid Growth In both the Public & Private Sectors after Second Inc. 5000 Win

Coming off its second Inc. 5000 award 2 years running, Clovity has bolstered its sales and marketing leadership by bringing on highly skilled individuals from the IT industry across the United States, as well as India, to establish further revenue growth and build greater brand awareness. These new Clovity leaders will look to expand the company’s IT consulting and professional services, and IoT software to new industries and logos while also ensuring all marketing or branding are positioned towards Clovity’s future. With Andrew James Ghilarducci and Brian Fox, focused on West and East coast markets, Clovity looks to add significant rigor to expansion in both areas. Furthermore, Alisha Siddhartha brings a wealth of knowledge in technology marketing to further elevate Clovity’s messaging to a wider market for all of the company’s IT services and software.

Brian Fox comes to Clovity with over 10 years of IT experience spanning IT Staffing as well as services support and development for Microsoft applications like Dynamics, SharePoint, and Business Intelligence. Coming with expertise from both large firms, like Nigel Frank, and smaller boutique firms, like Phillip Martin Talent Advisors and Ovatio Technologies, Brian will make a strong impact on Clovity’s IT Staffing & Consulting and Microsoft focused practice expansion. As the Director, Business Development for the East Coast, he will be focused on this region for expansion.

Brian comments, “When initially speaking with the executive team from Clovity, I immediately was drawn to how innovative the organization is. Andrew James Ghilarducci brings over 5 years of enterprise IT Staffing and Digital Transformation consulting experience servicing major companies like Meta and other similar sized companies in Northern California. Coming from strong IT staffing and IT consulting organizations like orangepeople, NESC Staffing, and Kelly Services, Andrew will be bringing his expertise in servicing and opening major technology accounts to Clovity. As Director, Business Development he will be focusing his efforts on further West Coast expansion for Clovity, further opening that market area beyond the logos Clovity already has under its belt.

Alisha has a long background working for marketing, gaming and technology firms for the last 7 years ensuring substantial brand growth through her efforts. She will be heading up Clovity’s marketing team and work alongside the executive team to expand their efforts in building the brand beyond where it sits today, targeting strong employee talent and customer acquisition.
