InterPro offers a suite of Maximo mobile apps built exclusively for Maximo that O&M teams need to do their jobs efficiently and effectively without the cost, complexity and service impacts of available alternatives. InterPro’s EZMaxMobile provides companies with a mobile app that extends and enhances the capabilities of Maximo to technicians in the field — both online and offline.

TAQA North is a top 15 oil and gas producer in Western Canada that uses InterPro’s EZMaxMobile mobile solution for Maximo to capture accurate information in the field about Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) factors and instantaneously update Maximo.

“This award for TAQA’s work in HSSE Mobility has highlighted our achievements on the global stage of Maximo. We should be very proud of this recognition as a leader in our industry that is leveraging mobile technology to enhance our safety culture,”, said Bill McCagherty, Manager, IT, at TAQA North.

With EZMaxMobile now in place, TAQA North is able to prevent hazardous situations from becoming a near miss or incident. And in the event that a technician experiences an incident or near miss, they now have the ability to “capture the moment in the moment.” This has led to substantial improvements in TAQA North’s ability to measure and analyze Incident Reporting, and provides field staff with the ability to identify and correct hazardous conditions.

“Although our intent was not for any type of recognition,” said Tom Bartzis, Manager, Health, Safety, Security and Regulatory at TAQA North, “this award has affirmed our choice to leverage EZMaxMobile as our mobility solution and our commitment to safety as we are enabling workers to proactively identify, report and correct hazardous condition and acts.”
