Gatekeeper Achieves “Built for NetSuite” Status

Gatekeeper, a leading contract and vendor management software solution, today announced that its new SuiteApp has achieved ‘Built for NetSuite’ status. The new SuiteApp, built using the Oracle NetSuite SuiteCloud Platform, helps organizations to easily manage and sync contract and vendor activities and simplifies the process of new vendor creation and onboarding.

“The development of our SuiteApp was the logical next step for us,” says Patrick O’Connor, director at Gatekeeper. “A high proportion of our customers are joint NetSuite customers so creating an experience that helps to further embed best-practice contract and vendor management disciplines into their businesses is a win-win.”

The new SuiteApp makes full use of Gatekeeper’s powerful workflow engine and Vendor Portal features to enable a seamless, self-service experience for new vendors and provides insight into their contract portfolio and spend. Vendors follow mandated, automated processes to capture all the required information, such as certifications and supporting documentation, in Gatekeeper. This information is then synced instantly with NetSuite, saving time and effort, as well as guaranteeing data integrity. In addition, contract data and graphical reports can be viewed natively in NetSuite with Vendor bills and synced to Gatekeeper to analyse overall vendor and contract spend.

As companies’ tech-stacks grow, it’s becoming increasingly important to make sure the key technology pillars of the business can talk to each other and that complexity for users is minimised. Gatekeeper’s native SuiteApp has been developed specifically to ensure users can focus on the work they need to do and not worry about switching between software or duplicating effort.
