Recognition comes as AI agents and trusted enterprise knowledge reshape response management

Responsive, a leader in AI-powered Strategic Response Management (SRM), announced its recognition as a Leader in the Aragon Research Globe™ for Strategic Response Management, 2026. Responsive has received the distinction in both editions of the report since its launch in 2025.

“Every response is an opportunity to earn a customer’s trust and move a business relationship forward. As AI takes on more of that work, the quality of the knowledge behind it becomes even more important,” said Michael Londgren, CMO of Responsive.

Aragon’s second annual report examines how AI assistants and agents are changing the management of complex business information requests. It describes a shift beyond AI-assisted drafting toward platforms that interpret requirements, coordinate workflows, and draw on validated enterprise knowledge throughout the response process.

Aragon evaluated 14 providers across three dimensions: strategy, performance, and reach. In its evaluation of Responsive, Aragon highlighted capabilities including AI-powered drafting and proposal building, centralized content management, collaboration, multilingual support, productivity-suite compatibility, integrations, and customer representation across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise organizations.

“Every response is an opportunity to earn a customer’s trust and move a business relationship forward. As AI takes on more of that work, the quality of the knowledge behind it becomes even more important,” said Michael Londgren, CMO of Responsive. “Responsive’s recognition as a Leader for the second consecutive year reflects our commitment to helping customers turn their collective expertise into a competitive advantage. We’re making that expertise easier to access and apply, so teams can spend more time pursuing the right opportunities and delivering winning proposals.”

Responsive combines enterprise knowledge management, trusted AI, and end-to-end workflow automation to support the entire pursuit lifecycle, from evaluating opportunities and coordinating cross-functional teams to managing reviews and measuring performance. The platform grounds AI-generated responses in validated organizational knowledge, and routes information gaps to the appropriate experts, creating a continuously improving foundation that helps teams apply what they learn to future opportunities—including RFPs, security questionnaires, DDQs, trust centers, sales content, and AI-powered workflows.

In 2026, Responsive expanded access to that knowledge through integrations with ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude, enabling employees to use trusted company information within the AI tools they already work with. Responsive’s TRACE Score evaluates AI-generated content for trustworthiness, relevance, accuracy, completeness, and explainability, helping teams assess response quality before sharing information externally.

Responsive has managed over $1 trillion in business opportunities through the platform, with companies including Microsoft crediting Responsive with providing the platform they need to collaborate cross-functionally with subject matter experts in delivering winning proposals.
