David Bell Joins Madison Logic’s Board as First Independent Director

Gyro’s Chairman, Bell brings a wealth of B2B Experience on how to scale media and software businesses to Madison Logic

Madison Logic, an account based marketing provider, appointed David Bell as the first independent director of the firm’s board.  Madison Logic was acquired by Clarion Capital Partners in late 2016.

Gyro’s Chairman and AOL’s Senior Advisor, Bell brings a deep understanding of how to scale media and software businesses.

Bell was a senior advisor to Google from 2006 to 2009. He left Google to join Tim Armstrong (CEO) as an advisor to the AOL which has been acquired by Verizon.
