The industry-first collaboration offers a fit-integrated virtual try-on experience across both platforms
True Fit, the global leader in fit and sizing intelligence, and Glance, an AI personal shopping platform transforming the way consumers discover and shop, announced a collaboration to integrate True Fit’s personalized size and fit recommendations into Glance’s agentic commerce experience.
“In fashion, the value of an agentic commerce experience depends on the quality of the decision it helps a shopper make,” said Jessica Murphy, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of True Fit.
The collaboration will combine Glance’s conversational product discovery and generative virtual try-on with True Fit’s Intelligence Layer, which is grounded in real purchase and return outcomes. The combined experience will help shoppers discover and visualize products, understand how they are likely to fit and feel, and choose the right size with greater confidence.

“AI is moving more of the shopping decision into the conversation, so the agent has to resolve the questions that determine whether someone buys,” said Mansi Jain, Chief Operating Officer at Glance. “In fashion, fit is one of those questions. Glance can help a shopper discover a product and see it on themselves, while True Fit adds evidence about which size and fit is most likely to work based on real purchase and return behavior. When those signals arrive together, the shopper can act with more confidence and the retailer has a better chance of converting that intent into a sale that stays sold. That is where agentic commerce starts to create measurable value across the purchase journey.”
According to True Fit’s customer data, over 70% of fashion shoppers’ questions to AI agents relate to fit and sizing. The collaboration addresses a persistent gap in digital fashion commerce. Agents can help people discover products, receive recommendations, and visualize a look. Catalog, conversational, and visual shopping alone do not reliably resolve the question that often determines whether a shopper can make a confident purchase decision: Will this product fit me the way I want?

Through Glance, a shopper discovers a shoppable look, virtually tries on products, asks questions using a conversational interface, and receives fit-aware guidance informed by product attributes, shopper context, and True Fit’s decision-grade Intelligence Layer. The experience will help shoppers better understand how an item may look, fit and feel.
“In fashion, the value of an agentic commerce experience depends on the quality of the decision it helps a shopper make,” said Jessica Murphy, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of True Fit. “Glance demonstrates how True Fit’s Intelligence Layer can travel with the shopping experience across consumer surfaces, bringing specialized fit guidance into the moments when shoppers need it.”
Glance delivers an AI-driven personal shopping experience on 60 million devices across mobile, TV, and desktop.
Built on nearly two decades of purchase and return outcomes, True Fit’s Intelligence Layer draws on more than $500 billion in transactions from hundreds of millions of shoppers, covering 60 million products and more than 91,000 apparel and footwear brands. Integrated across 17 million product pages at hundreds of leading retailers, the technology generates more than one billion size recommendations and supports four billion fashion shopping visits annually. It also brings personalized fit guidance to shopping agents and emerging consumer experiences.
The Glance shopping experience will incorporate True Fit’s Intelligence Layer for the 2026 holiday season. True Fit is also advancing fit-integrated virtual try-on capabilities with Glance, offering broader availability to True Fit merchants in 2027.
The announcement comes ahead of RetailClub AI Festival, taking place September 22–24 in Huntington Beach, California, where True Fit and Glance executives will discuss the role of fit intelligence in agentic fashion commerce.
