Arvore Partners Upgrades EquiONE Operating Platform to Manage More Than 5 Billion Records and Additional Legacy Systems

Expanded system compatibility and real-time analytics support faster onboarding and operating visibility across Arvore’s North American portfolio.

Omnigence Asset Management (“Omnigence”) today announced a major upgrade to EquiONE, the proprietary operating platform that Arvore Partners LP (“Arvore”), an affiliated partner fund of Omnigence, uses to integrate, monitor, and improve the founder-led businesses it consolidates across North America. The enhanced platform now manages more than 5 billion real-time data records and connects an expanded range of legacy software systems, allowing Arvore to onboard newly acquired companies faster, regardless of the systems they run on.

The more systems EquiONE can absorb, the faster we can bring a new business onto one operating picture.”

With the upgrade, EquiONE ingests and standardizes data from a wider set of legacy accounting, ERP, and point-of-sale platforms — the varied software that founder-led businesses typically run — and connects them to a central system that now tracks more than 5,000 key performance indicators and over 5 billion real-time data records across Arvore’s portfolio of more than 200 locations. Retail activity, manufacturing output, inventory, labour, and financial reporting are captured down to the transaction level and made visible in one place, with newly acquired companies onboarded in approximately eight weeks.

That real-time visibility, paired with automated reporting and forecasting with deviation alerts, lets Arvore’s operating teams surface continuous-improvement opportunities and act on them quickly — applying consistent best practices across five industry verticals regardless of the legacy systems a newly acquired company arrives with. Supporting a broader range of source systems removes a common friction point in integration and allows Arvore to run parallel consolidations across sectors as an “assembly line” rather than a series of one-off projects.

“The more systems EquiONE can absorb, the faster we can bring a new business onto one operating picture,” said Matt Barr, partner at Arvore and a director of Omnigence. “Founder-led companies each arrive with their own ERP, accounting, point-of-sale, and operational software. Expanding the platform to handle more of those systems, and far more data, means we integrate faster and improve how each company runs sooner.”
As Arvore extends its consolidation model to the United States, with an initial focus on the Texas lower mid-market, the upgraded EquiONE will give newly acquired US businesses the same integration speed and operating discipline already applied across Arvore’s existing portfolio.
