Former JPMorgan and Goldman Sachs data center executive joins the distributed AI infrastructure platform to accelerate growth.
EdgeNebula today announced the appointment of Mike Allen, Chief Operating Officer of Verne and former Global Head of Data Center Strategy, Engineering and Operations at JPMorgan Chase, to its Advisory Board effective July 1.

With more than 25 years of experience leading critical infrastructure programmes across global financial institutions and data centre operators, Mike brings deep expertise in infrastructure strategy, engineering, operations, capital deployment, risk management and large-scale technology transformation. Prior to joining Verne, Mike held senior leadership positions at JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs and ABN AMRO, where he was responsible for some of the world’s most demanding and mission-critical data centre environments.
