VTEX Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering
VTEX, a software-as-a-service digital commerce platform provider for enterprise brands and retailers, the leader in accelerating the digital commerce transformation in Latin America and expanding globally, today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form F-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) relating to a proposed initial public offering of its Class A common shares. VTEX intends to apply to list its Class A common shares on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the symbol “VTEX”.

The number of Class A common shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have yet to be determined. Any offering is subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether, or when, an offering may be completed or as to the actual size or terms of such offering.
J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and BofA Securities are acting as lead book-running managers for the proposed offering. KeyBanc Capital Markets, Morgan Stanley and Itaú BBA are acting as joint book-running managers.
