Bank’s role will aim to help portfolio companies strengthen go-to-market strategies and accelerate growth
Great Hill Partners, a private equity firm that invests in high‑growth, disruptive companies, announced that Jonathan Bank has joined the firm’s Growth Team as Head of Revenue Operations.
In this newly created role, Bank will partner with portfolio company leadership teams to drive cross-functional alignment, optimize processes, and build operational infrastructure designed for scalable, sustainable growth. He will work across Great Hill’s portfolio, advising executives on end‑to‑end revenue operations and focusing on key initiatives such as improving forecasting, refining pricing and sales strategies, and integrating revenue‑enabling technologies.

Bank joins with more than 30 years of experience driving transformation across SaaS and enterprise software businesses. He has led operational and product innovations at both startups and global firms, including LinkedIn, HouseCanary, and Aurionpro Solutions. Most recently, Bank served as Senior Vice President of Customer Success and Global Operations at Foursquare, where he led a global team focused on retention, efficiency, and AI-driven transformation. His career spans sales, marketing, customer success, customer support, professional services, and product management, highlighted by his role integrating LinkedIn’s $1.5 billion Lynda.com acquisition and founding a tech consulting firm he successfully exited.
