New leadership will elevate customer success and retention across global enterprise organizations
Wrike, the intelligent work management platform, announced the appointment of Michelle MacCarthy as Chief Customer Officer (CCO). This announcement marks the next step in Wrike’s strategy to deliver measurable ROI for enterprises by aligning every customer-facing function around value, experience, and growth.

As CCO, MacCarthy will lead Wrike’s global customer teams, including Customer Success. She brings more than two decades of experience in both the tech and corporate retail sectors, building high-performing teams and driving adoption, retention, and expansion across both mid-market and enterprise SaaS companies. Most recently in her previous role she built the Customer Experience function from the ground up, successfully scaled customer success management, and advanced a unified go-to-market approach that drove outcomes, long-term value realization, and customer-centric transformation.
