With more than 25 years of producing customer success across enterprise software, Teresa Anania will help Verint and Calabrio customers achieve measurable business outcomes with the Verint CX Automation Platform.

Anania joins Verint from Sophos, where she served as Chief Customer Officer. She also held the CCO role at Zendesk and was the Senior Customer Success leader at Autodesk. Her career includes extensive work across enterprise and commercial segments, with a strong track record of scaling post-sales engagement, improving retention and driving revenue growth.

Anania added, “Verint is entering a new era. My focus is turning our strengths into measurable wins for customers — because outcomes are the scoreboard.”

Reporting directly to CEO Dave Rhodes, Anania oversees Verint’s global customer success, professional services, support and renewals across both Verint and Calabrio customer bases.
