Validity Adds Former Slack, Bumble CEO Lidiane Jones to Board of Directors

Jones joins Validity as its AI-powered marketing success platform begins fueling high-growth for its customers.

Validity Inc., the leading provider of marketing success and customer data intelligence solutions, announced it has added Lidiane Jones to its Board of Directors.

Jones’ deep industry expertise and proven ability to drive growth for enterprise tech companies will advance Validity’s mission to help customers run smarter marketing campaigns, get more value from their customer data, and achieve faster growth.

Jones brings extensive experience in the technology market to the Validity board. She served most recently as the CEO of Bumble, continuing her track record of leading digital transformation and delivering products that empower users with enterprise scalability and machine learning.

After serving as Executive VP and GM of Digital Experiences at Salesforce, Jones was selected to lead Slack as CEO following its acquisition by Salesforce. There, she guided customers in creating fully connected, personalized experiences across Experience, Commerce, and Marketing Clouds. Jones has also held leadership roles at Sonos, Inc. and Microsoft, and previously served on the boards of Compass Working Capital and Astound Commerce.
