Simppr Appoints Tim Lambert as Chief Revenue Officer to Drive Scale and Revenue Growth
Tim Brings 25 Years of Experience in Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Service, and Partnerships
Simpplr, the leading AI-powered employee experience platform, announced that Tim Lambert has joined its growing team as Chief Revenue Officer. Simpplr uses AI-driven software to help organizations transform their work experience and enable them to drive better retention, engagement and productivity from their people wherever they work.
Lambert will lead all revenue-driving teams, including global sales, customer experience, revenue operations, and alliances. He will work closely with the executive team to continue to accelerate revenue and grow the Simpplr partner ecosystem.

Lambert brings more than 25 years in sales success and extensive experience building teams at rapidly growing companies. Prior to joining Simpplr, Lambert served as Chief Revenue Officer at Openprise, where he oversaw all aspects of sales and business development, growing revenue 3x and building a robust partner program including a Global Systems Integrator partnership with KPMG. Previously, he was Chief Revenue Officer at Jobvite, one of the most innovative and fast-growing SaaS recruitment platforms. There he led the team from its early days to acquisition, helping to develop partnerships with Workday & SuccessFactors and grow the company’s customer base from 25 to over 2,000. Lambert has also held executive roles at Yahoo, Knight Ridder, and AT&T.
