Morgenthaler, who is a graduate of the University of Washington, began her career in the dot-com boom at Trilogy Software. She has overseen human resources in a variety of roles for over twenty years with companies such as Newell Rubbermaid, Amazon and most recently Epic Games (the maker of Fortnite). She is passionate about true growth and pushing beyond the status quo with a mission-driven purpose.
