“We’re thrilled to welcome Spencer Tuttle to Redis. Spencer will help ensure Redis supports our customers to navigate a much different landscape necessary to meet the real-time data demands of AI now and in the future.”
Tuttle joins Redis from business intelligence analytics company ThoughtSpot, where he served as CRO. In his nearly four years at the company, Tuttle’s leadership helped ThoughtSpot grow its revenue, transition to a cloud business model, and expand its operations globally after joining to oversee their EMEA division from London. Previously at AppDynamics, Tuttle oversaw the company’s largest sales team worldwide, contributing over $300 million in total revenue to the business. Prior to AppDynamics, he held sales leadership roles at BMC Software and at Coradiant, a start-up acquired by BMC.
“Redis is perfectly set up to help companies propel themselves in their markets by delivering new experiences to users, driven by the surge in AI-infused applications,” said Tuttle. “With an incredibly talented team, Redis has been driving real-time technology and a trusted partner to global enterprises. Building on this foundation, I believe we’re in a prime position to capture an even larger piece of the market and be one of the leading independent database companies for the next decade.”
