Peraton announced the appointment of Ravi Dankanikote as its new chief growth officer (CGO). In his role, Ravi will spearhead Peraton’s enterprise growth strategy, lead business development across all markets, build and strengthen strategic customer relationships, and ensure alignment between the company’s capabilities and customer challenges.

With more than 30 years of experience in the federal contracting space—including senior executive roles at SAIC and CACI International—Ravi is known for cultivating high-performing teams, transforming growth cultures, and generating measurable, long-term value. His leadership style stands out for its emphasis on open communication, ecosystem thinking, and principled execution.

Ravi has a strong history for civic leadership. He recently served on the Washington chapter of NDIA board of directors, Executive Mosaic, WashingtonExec’s Business Council, AFCEA, and several other nonprofits.

Ravi holds a master’s degree in computer science from Shippensburg University and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from R V College of Engineering in Bangalore, India.
