Seasoned enterprise go-to-market leader joins Motive to drive revenue and scale
Motive, the AI platform for physical operations, announced the appointment of Thomas Hansen as President, Go-To-Market. In this newly created role, Thomas will lead Motive’s go-to-market organization, including sales, marketing, customer success, partnerships and revenue operations.

Thomas joins Motive from Amplitude, a leading publicly traded AI analytics platform, where he built and scaled a high-performing global go-to-market organization. Before that, he served as CRO at UiPath and COO at Carbon Black. He also held senior leadership roles at Dropbox and Microsoft. Thomas brings deep experience leading global high-performing revenue teams, driving growth and building lasting customer relationships.
