With Roberts’ leadership, Level Access will focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience—whether optimizing existing channels or expanding into international markets. She will work with her team to simplify customer engagement, streamline processes for efficiency, and identify new opportunities to bring customers greater value.

Most recently, Roberts worked as CRO of AppDynamics, a Cisco company, where she was responsible for the strategy, go-to-market execution, sales, services, revenue operations, and partner execution and was a key member of the integration team for the Splunk acquisition. Roberts has also held executive leadership roles in the broader Cisco Systems, Palo Alto Networks, Sitecore, and Adobe, where she played a pivotal role in scaling revenue operations, building strategic partner ecosystems, and driving customer engagement strategies.

Beyond her extensive professional experience, Rachel is a dedicated advocate for women’s inclusion in technology. As the executive sponsor of Cisco’s ElevateHER program, she championed initiatives to help women advance in IT careers, from early-career mentorship to leadership development. Her support extends internationally, with active involvement in technical and sales-specific training programs for women across Latin America.

Roberts’ appointment comes as part of a broader expansion of Level Access’ executive team, which recently welcomed Jen Kurtz as Chief Technology Officer, Alyssa Opella as Chief Customer Officer, and Barry Stern as Chief Financial Officer. Together with the other members of the executive team, they are poised to amplify the company’s impact in the rapidly evolving digital accessibility landscape.
