Intradiem, the leading provider of contact center automation solutions for customer service teams, has named John Norton as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), effective immediately. He will lead the Intradiem sales team and focus on driving topline revenue growth.

Specializing in sales and revenue leadership, Norton excels at applying a data-driven approach to driving new business development, customer success and revenue growth. He is known for building consensus among executive teams and stakeholders, and for driving positive change.

Norton is a transformational leader with extensive senior-level experience in enterprise technology. Before joining Intradiem he held senior executive positions with Calabrio, ConvergeOne, and Arrow Systems Integration. Most recently as CRO at Calabrio, Norton played a key role in raising the company’s value from $300 million to $1.1 billion.
