Icertis Bolsters Leadership Team for Future as Definitive Platform for Enterprise Contract Intelligence
New Chief Operating Officer and Chief Marketing Officer to Drive Next Phase of Growth for Category Leader
Icertis, the global leader in AI-powered contract intelligence, has appointed Anand Subbaraman as Chief Operating Officer and Jay Lee as Chief Marketing Officer. Proven leaders in their fields, these technology industry experts will build on the momentum that Icertis has experienced over the last several years as it delivers powerful results that enable customers to grow revenue, cut costs, mitigate risk, and ensure compliance.
Contracts serve as the single source of truth for business relationships, documenting the obligations and entitlements with customers and suppliers that underpin every enterprise. The Icertis platform liberates contracts from digital filing cabinets, turning them into active assets to drive business execution. By extracting the critical information contained in contracts, structuring it according to a common data model, and connecting it seamlessly with operational systems that power finance, sales, and procurement, Icertis helps ensure customers realize the full potential of every business relationship.

“Contracts are more than static documents to be managed through a lifecycle – creation, negotiation, signature, expiry/renewal – contracts are the blueprint of how a business intends to execute. By transforming contracts into active objects that are referenced in real-time by the systems that manage finance, sales, and procurement, Icertis created a new category of software – contract intelligence,” said Samir Bodas, CEO and Co-founder of Icertis. “Now trusted by a third of the Fortune 100, Icertis is entering a new phase that calls for strong leaders, like Anand and Jay, with the experience necessary to ensure we execute to our full potential as we gain market share and extend our leadership position by transforming commerce at the world’s largest enterprises.”
A 25-year software veteran, Anand Subbaraman joins Icertis from BrowserStack, where, as President, he was responsible for strategy, product management, operations, and marketing.
