
HireRight, a leading provider of global background screening services and workforce solutions, announced the promotion of John Peek to Executive Vice President, Product and Strategy, effective immediately.
“John has quickly made a meaningful impact across multiple areas of the business and brings a strong combination of strategic thinking and operational execution,” said HireRight President and CEO, Euan Menzies.
In this role, Peek will lead HireRight’s Product, Strategy, Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO), and Customer Service teams, strengthening collaboration across the business to ensure alignment of priorities, improve delivery, and support the company’s broader transformation efforts.
Peek previously served as HireRight’s Senior Vice President, Enterprise Strategy and PMO, making a significant impact across the business by contributing to key strategic initiatives and helping drive operational alignment.

Prior to joining HireRight, Peek served as an Operating Executive for the Solen Software Group and previously held executive-level positions at Asurion, with leadership roles in operations, supply chain and planning, and program management strategy and analysis. He also spent nearly three years at Alphabet Inc., where he led cross-functional go-to-market planning as their head of sales strategy and operations.
