FinancialForce Appoints Heather Gille as Chief People Officer

FinancialForce, the leading provider of customer-centric business applications across finance, services, and customer success teams, today announced the appointment of Heather Gille as Chief People Officer reporting to CEO Scott Brown. Gille brings more than 15 years of executive experience across the full spectrum of HR responsibilities. She will be instrumental in developing and executing HR strategies in support of organizational growth, specifically in the areas of talent management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives.

Most recently, Gille was Global Vice President, People and Workplace at Glu Mobile, where she oversaw a team of 38 professionals and drove due diligence and integration for the $2.4 billion acquisition of Glu Mobile by Electronics Arts. Prior to that, Gille served as the Vice President, Human Resources at McKesson, where she created and led the company’s Center of Excellence for all issues related to human resources within mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Earlier in her career, Gille was Senior Director, Talent Acquisition and Global Enterprise Operations at Gap Inc., where she established the 3- and 5-year vision that shaped the retailer’s global and diverse recruitment strategies and staffing efforts.
