Strategic executive appointments accelerate Eptura’s rapid global expansion and product innovation

Eptura, the global worktech leader, welcomes two new talents into its executive leadership team: Fabrice Martin as Chief Product Officer and Sean Kearns as Chief Revenue Officer. The company has also appointed four regional sales leaders to oversee business growth in North America, EMEA, and APAC.

These appointments follow several notable milestones throughout the past year, including strong year-over-year momentum with the addition of more than 600 new customers and more than 6,000 customer renewals and expansions, the launch of Eptura’s unified worktech platform, a new mid-market business offering, a series of accessibility enhancements, and the introduction of its comprehensive Workplace Index Report.

Eptura appoints two new leaders to empower sales and product teams
As part of Eptura’s expanding product innovation and strengthening position in the global market, Eptura has named Fabrice Martin and Sean Kearns as the latest additions to the company’s senior leadership team.

Fabrice Martin appointed as Eptura’s new Chief Product Officer
Martin brings over 25 years of experience in entrepreneurship, product management, marketing, public speaking, and enterprise sales to the organization. His strong track record includes previous leadership roles at MicroStrategy, Verint, Clarabridge, and Qualtrics, where he is known for creating and bringing world-class products to market.

“Fabrice’s depth of knowledge in AI and machine learning, SaaS and PaaS, data visualization and discovery, business intelligence, experience management, and analytics will be an incredible asset to Eptura customers,” said CEO Brandon Holden. “We’re excited to welcome him, and I know our global product strategy will benefit from his leadership as we expand our technological competitive advantage.”

Sean Kearns joins Eptura as Chief Revenue Officer
With over 25 years of tech sales experience, Kearns excels in building enterprise sales teams and driving revenue growth. He previously led sales operations at Nintex Inc. and UiPath following 10 years in leadership at SAP, positioning core ERP and cloud-based SaaS solutions.

Holden praised Kearns as an exceptional sales leader with deep go-to-market experience, saying: “Sean’s appointment as our new CRO will drive Eptura’s market expansion and revenue growth. His unique combination of SaaS expertise, global sales experience, and strategic leadership make him a perfect choice to take our corporate sales efforts to the next level.”

Reporting to CRO Sean Kearns, Brendan McGuire, Daniela Streng, Maurizio Garavello, and Mike Sherwood join Brad Richardson, SVP Sales, North America in advancing growth strategies and performance in the APAC, Americas, and EMEA regions.

Brendan McGuire, SVP Sales, North America
McGuire is a seasoned sales executive with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing teams. McGuire drives Eptura’s North America sales strategy and execution, focusing on growth opportunities and new enterprise logo acquisition. He brings extensive experience in strategic sales planning, customer relationship management, and market expansion from his time as former Senior Vice President of Global Revenue at Aktana and previous leadership roles at Qualtrics and Clarabridge.

Daniela Streng, SVP Sales, EMEA
Streng heads Eptura’s EMEA sales strategy, focusing on the specific regional market needs and guiding the rapid growth Eptura has seen over the past year. An established sales leader with a proven track record of driving growth and leading high-performing teams, Streng joins after serving as SVP of Sales International for Invicti Security. She previously held sales leadership positions with LogicMonitor and Autotask Corporation.

Maurizio Garavello, SVP Sales, APAC
In his role, Garavello oversees sales operations and guides revenue-generating strategies in the APAC region. Garavello brings more than 25 years of global software experience in sales leadership roles, including global channel management and sales for international business. During his tenure overseeing APAC business at Dynatrace, sales grew exponentially, and the company achieved a successful IPO on NYSE. Prior to that, he held sales leadership roles at Forcepoint and Websense.

Mike Sherwood, SVP Strategic Alliances
Sherwood is a highly skilled and successful leader with over 25 years of experience leading high-performance sales organizations in the cybersecurity industry. His extensive leadership background includes driving growth in both dynamic start-up environments and established companies, working at organizations with revenues ranging from $1M to $30B. With a deep understanding of channel and strategic alliances, Sherwood’s leadership plays a pivotal role in building long-term partnerships and accelerating Eptura’s growth in the federal sector.
