Cyware Grows Sales Channel Leadership in North America by Bringing Aboard Industry Veterans Matt Courchesne and Shashi Nair

Cyware, the industry’s leading provider of the technology platform to build Cyber Fusion Centers for enterprises and MSSPs, announced the appointment of Matt Courchesne as Head of Channel, North America, and Shashi Nair, Partner Account Manager for North America. In their new roles, Matt and Shashi will strengthen Cyware’s sales operations in North America to unfold the next growth phase for the company.

In its quest to build out the next-generation SOC (NG-SOC) security infrastructure, Matt and Shashi will help Cyware to grow its reach and generate demand by growing its channel programs.

As a sales leader, Matt Courchesne brings 14+ years of experience representing and leading sales and relationship management teams at a number of globally renowned firms. In his previous role as the Head of B2B Channel at Kaspersky, Matt was responsible for leading all B2B Channel and Sales activities (SMB and Enterprise) in North America including the management of SMB Inside Sales teams and Channel team that supports over 2000 VAR, LAR, NSP, MSP, and Master Agencies through its Distributors. Matt played a key role in developing relationships and structuring partnerships with channel partners and clients at several other organizations, including SmartBear Software, Quick Base, PC Connection Inc, and Fidelity Investments.

Both Matt and Shashi have a deep understanding of the cybersecurity industry and have delivered exceptional outcomes in building out sales channel operations for large cybersecurity companies in their previous roles.

Shashi Nair comes with a rich, diverse experience of nearly 20 years spanning several industries and roles focused on channel sales and customer service. In his previous role, Shashi served as the Enterprise Partner Manager at Kaspersky building out and growing their enterprise channel program across North America. Shashi has also led channel sales and account management at leading firms including RSA Security, TraceLink, and Connection, among other notable organizations.
