CData Appoints Adam DeMichele as CRO, Expands GTM Leadership Team with Strategic Hires

CData responds to increased demand for data connectivity solutions with major additions to GTM leadership team

CData Software, a leading provider of data connectivity solutions,  announced the appointment of Adam DeMichele to the role of Chief Revenue Officer, along with two additions to its GTM leadership team. The new GTM hires include Marie Forshaw, SVP of Product Marketing, and Arielle Daigle, VP of Growth & Demand Generation.

DeMichele, Forshaw, and Daigle join CData during a time of rapid growth, including the company’s acquisition of Data Virtuality, a global provider of data virtualization and management solutions. With over thirty years of industry experience, DeMichele joins CData from Bitsight, a prominent Cyber Risk Management company, where he played a crucial role in propelling product-led growth and scaling the North American market twofold under his leadership. Prior to Bitsight, DeMichele served as CRO at Tangoe and SVP of North American Sales at Sungard Availability Services. Reporting to Sharma, he will focus on accelerating revenue growth by driving the expansion of CData’s solutions in the enterprise market, fostering increased product adoption within its base of 8,000 customers, and further accelerating the growth of its ISV business.

Marie Forshaw, SVP of Product Marketing, brings 12 years of experience fueling go-to-market growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Most recently, she served as the first VP of Marketing at Apprentice.io, a life sciences manufacturing platform. Prior to Apprentice.io, Marie spent seven years in product marketing at Gainsight, the category creating customer success management platform, guiding the business from $5M to $100M ARR.

Arielle Daigle, VP of Growth & Demand Generation, has spent over ten years driving growth and demand for organizations in the B2B SaaS space. Before joining CData, she led demand generation efforts at SmartBear, a provider of software development tools, where she supported revenue growth beyond $200M ARR.

Forshaw and Daigle will join the CData marketing team, reporting to Will Davis, CData CMO, where they will be responsible for increasing brand awareness and driving marketing efforts to accelerate the company’s rapid expansion.
