Third-Party Cyber Risk Ratings Leader Welcomes Esteemed Sales Veteran to Accelerate Rapid Growth

Black Kite, the only Cyber Security Ratings Service (SRS) to deliver the highest quality intelligence, announced the appointment of Eireann Connolly as Chief Revenue Officer. A distinguished leader in building high-performing sales teams, Connolly will support Black Kite in driving customer and revenue growth as the company experiences record demand.

The cyber risk landscape has never been more dangerous – and, according to Gartner, supply chain risk will continue to dominate cybersecurity issues in 2023. As organizations navigate increased market volatility, cyber adversaries continue their assault on third parties and supply chains,” said Paul Paget, CEO of Black Kite. “With Eireann’s extensive enterprise cybersecurity background and strategic partnering capabilities, we’re well-positioned to scale our ability to engage more organizations in addressing the third-party risk challenge.”

“We have an incredible customer base that is eager to expand and a network of key reseller, managed services, and technology partners that position Black Kite as a critical component of their go-to-market strategy. Together, we are prepared to tackle third party and supply chain risk across the globe.”

Before joining EMC, Eireann spent 9 years at Brightwork establishing their US presence and driving sales and marketing in North America.

“Third-party cyber risk intelligence is no longer a ‘nice to have’. It’s a top priority for business leaders across the country as digital supply chains remain under attack,” said Connolly. “As demand skyrockets, I am honored to be part of Black Kite’s mission. As more organizations look to obtain a cyber intelligence solution backed by a team who can help operationalize findings, we will be ready to serve. I look forward to being a part of the change that Black Kite is driving in the market today.”

At Black Kite, Connolly plans to apply his vast sales and business development expertise to drive customer acquisition and growth in concert with key partners and resellers. “We have an incredible customer base that is eager to expand and a network of key reseller, managed services, and technology partners that position Black Kite as a critical component of their go-to-market strategy.
